HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Here at Bambini Wellness we love all things FREE!!! Shipping is FREE for all orders $100.00 or over within Australia!
Orders below $100.00 are charged a flat delivery rate of $10.00 Australia wide for Express Shipping (delivered via Australia Post).
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
You will be pleased to know we pride ourselves on speedy delivery! Your order will be processed and dispatched within 2 business days.
Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include your Australia Post tracking number. Typical transit times for express delivery are 2-4 business days.
WHAT ABOUT LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS?
If your order is lost or damaged in transit (oh no!), please email us at email@example.com or use the Contact Us form and our Customer Service team will resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
Please be make sure that the NAME and shipping ADDRESS specified on your order is correct. Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost items if this information was entered incorrectly.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes we do! International shipping rates will be calculated at Checkout and delivery times vary from 2-5 weeks depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Please be aware that any additional taxes or duties applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. Your local customs office will be able to assist you with any further information regarding these fees.

Here at Bambini Wellness we truly believe you'll LOVE your purchases which have all been handmade with love.
However, if for any reason you're unsatisfied with your purchase please email us at hello@bambiniwellness within 14 days of delivery to see if you qualify for a return.
Please choose carefully as you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with a return or exchange.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
If you receive an incorrect item with your order (sorry!) let us know immediately so we can fix it.
