mindfulness

noun

1   paying attention to the present moment. Practising mindfulness
can help you cope with everyday life and deal with tough times.

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be present, aware of where we are and what we are doing, and not be overly reactive or overwhelmed by what's going on around us. Through teaching our little ones their own self worth through mindfulness and enriching their beings, they will be better equipped to handle what life throws at them.

My first goal is to empower our littlies with the knowledge that they are perfect just the way they are for the unique person they are, not building on external qualities, rather letting them know it's ok to love who they are and it's what's on the inside that counts. Educating them the meaning of each quality they possess through the various fun activities you can use these super flashcards for.

LOVING OUR LITTLIES & INSPIRING CHANGE
MISS Z WELLNESS CORP.

1)  Look into your littlies eyes and say with conviction the statement written on the card.

2)  Explain the definition of that quality and how they could demonstrate that in their lives - ask them at bedtime if they did their trait of the day and how?

3)  Change the words from ‘You are’  to I am’ and have your little one say it out aloud - One step further and this is for you Mamas and Dadas, as heavens knows we are the worst at self love - sit in front of a mirror or hold a hand held mirror and repeat the statement to yourself and have your littlie copy you. This is hard initially; however it is so important for you to give this back to yourself and soon you will find you are able to say it with conviction. This is wonderful for your little one to see you lead by example.
