Healthy eating means eating a variety of foods that give you the nutrients you need to maintain your health, feel good and have energy. These nutrients include protein, carbohydrates, fats, water, vitamins, and minerals. It is crucial; to teach our littlies how easy it is to make healthy yummy choices and establish a healthy relationship with food from the beginning.

 My second goal is to broaden both yours and your littlies food horizons. Showing you effective ways to incorporate super foods into your everyday meals and snacks. I would love for your little one to learn how to enjoy nutritional foods, having fun in the kitchen and learning these lifeskills and varied palate from a young age. I hope your littlies embrace trying new things, expanding their food choices to get used to different flavours and textures. This will set them up from the beginning, for a lifetime of healthy choices. Have fun in the kitchen together trying the super easy and tasty superfood recipes all featured here and also our insta page bambiniwellness. I will be constantly uploading various quick and easy superfood recipe ideas from bubs just eating their first solids, right up to family meals and littlies snacks. 


1)  Must include the superfood of the day on one card in a meal/snack for that day.

2)  Try pulling three cards out at random for the day and create a meal that includes all three for kitchen challenge!

3)  Cook/make something you never have before with your littlie, take a pic and show us your amazing nourishing good-ness! We would love to see it!!
